GSSL Player Membership Fees:

How to obtain a Membership Card:
1.  Complete Player Membership Application (available in MS Word-click here)
2.  Present a legible copy of driver's license, passport or state ID card
3.  Purchase Membership Card (one year, two year, replacement/lost card)
The membership cards are picture identification cards prepared at the league office. Your photo will be taken in person at the office.

How to renew a Membership Card:
You can visit our office and we can renew your card and have a new card for you in the same day (best option if you would like a new photo or have changes in address, phone, etc.)
To renew your card by mail:
Send expired card (or photocopy of unexpired card), membership fee, &  verify current address
