The GSSL Staff:

Traci Briggs, Executive Director

Traci has been involved in sports and recreation activities for the majority of her life. She attended Washington State University from 1995-1999 and earned her degree in Sport Management.

Traci has worked for the Greater Seattle Soccer League since September 1999. In her time, Traci has built many great relationships with members, referees, field coordinators, staff and board members – which is the reason Traci has been with the GSSL for so long.

Traci enjoys working for the GSSL and providing individuals with the opportunity to continue playing soccer well past their high school and college years.

Traci met her husband, Matt Briggs, though the GSSL and they have been married since April 2008. Traci and Matt have a beautiful daughter, Riley, who is eager to start her professional soccer career – when she is old enough.

Enisa Grcic, Referee Coordinator & Operations Specialist

Enisa came to the United States with her husband Emir and two sons Amar and Adi in July 1993.

Before coming to the United State, Enisa earned her four-year degree in Economics.

Her involvement with soccer started from the day she met her husband, a professional soccer player.

She has been with Greater Seattle Soccer League for more than 10 years.

Cindy Mitalas, Growth and Development Coordinator

Cindy has been involved with both adult and youth soccer in Washington State for more than 25 years, as a coach, referee and as an Assistant Tournament Director for the Emerald City Diadora Cup (12 years) and Eastside FC Reebok (three years) tournaments.

She has been VP and President of the Shorecrest High School Boosters and sat on the Board of Directors for Northwest Premier Soccer club as the Committee chairman for special events. She’s taken great pride in managing multiple club teams and several teams with the Olympic Development program for Washington State Youth Soccer Association.

In 2002, when her son, Brandon joined the Marine Corps, Cindy went full-force into becoming involved with the United States Marine Corp Family Readiness Program. She was trained in many areas, but most importantly, counseling the families of deployed soldiers and attending to their needs, working alongside the Battalion commanders.

Cindy and Teddy have been married for more than 25 years. Together they have raised three children: Brandon, Alexandra and Christopher.

Elle Gohr, Administrative Assistant

Elle’s love for soccer started at the young age of three when she began playing for her first organized team in her hometown. At the age of six she was recruited to start playing for a year-round competitive team, with whom she would go on to play for the next 12 years. She has competed in tournaments all across the Midwest, and has just recently started to engage with the Seattle soccer scene. Although she enjoys cheering for the local Sounders, her heart is with Sporting Kansas City.

Elle is in the process of obtaining her Masters in Higher Education and hopes to one day work with first-year students at the university level. While originally from the heart of the Midwest, she moved to Seattle in 2015 with her husband, Jared. They have both fallen in love with the city, and are enjoying making it into their home alongside their rescue pup, Atlas.
